Home Ownership

The Main South CDC is committed to increasing opportunities for homeownership for Main South residents.

The Main South CDC is committed to increasing opportunities for homeownership for Main South residents. Homeownership is one of the most important vehicles for individuals and families to build and maintain wealth, and for communities to build and maintain “community”.  The Main South CDC works to build the capacity of potential first time home buyers by supporting them from the beginning to end of the home buying process. We work with interested parties to prepare them for the experience; from accessing credit, finding appropriate funding, qualifying, purchasing and managing their property.  To date, the Main South CDC has sold 71 homes to low-moderate income first-time homebuyers.

Currently, the Main South CDC does not have any homes for sale and thus we are not offering first-time homebuyer assistance. Please continue to check back for updates.
