The Main South CDC is a nonprofit development agency serving the Main South neighborhood of Worcester, MA. The CDC has developed hundreds of affordable housing units and been instrumental in the area’s economic and physical revitalization.
Operating out of the Main south area of Worcester, Massachusetts, the Main South CDC evolved as a result of neighborhood residents’ concerns about the evident decline in the neighborhood and the increasing shortage of affordable housing. Read more about our mission, history and goals here.
